    Each player has a ball. Perform various exercises such as step-overs, feints, deceives, and changes of pace.

    Vary the tempo and incorporate active recovery phases with the ball. Adjust regeneration to the load. Use both feet. Alternate between 1 minute of exertion and 1 minute of active recovery.

  • Tip

    After the feints, always perform a change of pace. Further variations:

    • Feints followed by sharp changes of direction (e.g., scissors or pass feint)
    • Combine feints (e.g., step-over and lunge)
